A Practical Grounding in How Projects Get DeliveredWhat the Course Covers
Project Management Fundamentals (PMF) Training is a foundation-level programme that teaches the essential principles, processes and tools used to manage projects across the full lifecycle, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring and control, to closure. It is a practical, non-certification course, so there is no exam; on completion you receive a course completion certificate from Invensis Learning. Our Project Management Fundamentals training in Sharjah is built for aspiring project managers, team leaders, coordinators and anyone whose work supports projects in the emirate's fast-growing industrial, logistics and services sectors. Over two days (16 hours), you learn how to manage scope, schedule, cost, resources and risk, and you gain a working overview of predictive (plan-based), Agile and business-analysis approaches. The curriculum spans five modules: project management concepts, project influences, the role of the project manager, the project management cycle, and an Agile projects overview. Taught through lectures, interactive discussions and hands-on exercises, it gives you skills you can apply immediately and a solid base for further study such as CAPM, PMP or PRINCE2.
