Assessment And Certificate

Is there an exam for the QFD course?

No. This is a non-certification skills course with no exam. Learning is reinforced through hands-on House of Quality construction exercises, case study examples and team discussion during the programme.

Do I get a certificate after the training?

Yes. You receive a course completion certificate from Invensis Learning after completing the programme. It confirms your attendance and the practical QFD skills you have built, not a formal external credential.

How is learning assessed during the course?

There is no formal assessment. Instead, you apply what you learn through practical activities: structuring the Voice of the Customer, classifying needs with the Kano model, and building and interpreting a full House of Quality during the session.

Are there any prerequisites for the course?

None. The course has no formal prerequisites and introduces QFD from first principles. Familiarity with product development or quality management is helpful but not required.

Do I need prior Six Sigma or design experience?

No prior experience is needed. The course is open to all professionals. Six Sigma practitioners will find QFD directly useful in the DFSS Measure phase and the DMAIC Define phase, but the tools are taught from the ground up.
