    Course Content

    What topics does the course cover?

    The Foundation level spans 14 topic areas, from investigation techniques and stakeholder analysis to requirements and business cases. The Practitioner level covers seven applied topic areas assessed through realistic project scenarios.

    Can a beginner take this course?

    Yes. The Foundation level has no prerequisites and is designed for those new to business analysis. The combined programme then builds you up to applying techniques at Practitioner level.

    What learning materials are provided?

    You receive EXIN BCS-aligned courseware, industry-driven case studies, and Foundation and Practitioner mock exams and practice questions to reinforce learning and build exam readiness.

    How long is the training?

    The combined programme runs for 32 hours, delivered as four full days or spread across more days depending on the schedule format. Foundation content is covered first, then Practitioner.
