    What is the format of the two PRINCE2 Agile exams?

    The Foundation exam has 40 multiple-choice questions in 60 minutes and is closed book. The Practitioner exam has 50 scenario-based questions in 150 minutes and is open book, with the PRINCE2 Agile publication permitted.

    What are the passing scores for both exams?

    Both exams require 60% to pass. That means 24 out of 40 correct for the Foundation exam and 30 out of 50 correct for the Practitioner exam. You must pass both to hold both credentials.

    How are the PRINCE2 Agile exams delivered?

    Both exams are delivered by PeopleCert, either online through the OnVUE proctoring system, available 24/7, or at an authorised PeopleCert test centre. You can sit them from home or office in Barbados with a stable connection.

    What does open book mean for the Practitioner exam?

    You may use the PRINCE2 Agile publication during the Practitioner exam. However, the questions are scenario-based and require judgment, so you cannot simply look up answers. Efficient navigation and solid method knowledge are both needed.

    What if I do not pass an exam the first time?

    You can resit either exam through PeopleCert. Our preparation includes mock exams, practice questions and exam technique for both the closed-book and open-book formats to help you sit with confidence. Ask about retake support when you enrol.

    What will I learn in this course?

    You learn how PRINCE2 governance and agile delivery combine, the five targets for agile, the PRINCE2 Agile hexagon, and how to tailor and apply the method on real projects. The course spans both the Foundation and Practitioner syllabus areas.

    Which agile frameworks does the course cover?

    The course covers Scrum as the primary framework, along with Kanban, Lean Startup and Scrumban, and awareness of scaling approaches. You learn how each fits within PRINCE2 project governance.

    Do I need prior agile experience to take this course?

    No. The Foundation level has no prerequisites and is suitable for those new to PRINCE2 Agile. Prior familiarity with Scrum or Kanban is helpful but not required, and the trainer builds concepts up from first principles.

    The course is aligned to the current PRINCE2 Agile publication and the official PeopleCert Foundation and Practitioner syllabus, published by AXELOS. Courseware reflects the current edition used in the exams.
