    What topics are covered in the training?

    The programme covers all five syllabus areas: Change and the Individual, Change and the Organization, Communication and Stakeholder Engagement, Change Practice, and Personal and Professional Management, at Foundation and then Practitioner level.

    Which change management models will I learn?

    You will work with a broad range of models, including ADKAR, Bridges' Transition Model, Lewin's Three-Step Model, Kotter's 8-Step Model, the McKinsey 7-S Framework, Schein's culture model, Goleman's emotional intelligence and Cialdini's principles of influence.

    Can a beginner take this course?

    Yes. Foundation has no prerequisites and starts from core concepts, so beginners are welcome. The programme then builds gradually to the applied Practitioner level with guided practice, so you are supported throughout.

    What learning materials are provided?

    You receive aligned courseware, industry case studies illustrating change models and stakeholder engagement, practice questions and mock exams for both levels, and reference to the Change Management Practitioner Guide used in the open-book exam.

    How long is the training?

    Invensis Learning delivers the combined Foundation and Practitioner programme as 40 hours of instructor-led training. The number of days depends on the schedule format, from an intensive full-day option to extended half-day sessions.
