    What is the format of the PRINCE2 Agile Foundation exam?

    The Foundation exam has 40 questions, lasts 60 minutes, and is closed book with single-answer multiple-choice questions. The pass mark is 60 per cent, or 24 out of 40 correct. It has no formal prerequisites.

    What is the format of the Practitioner exam?

    The Practitioner exam has 50 questions, lasts 150 minutes, and is open book, with the PRINCE2 Agile publication permitted. Questions are scenario-based, and the pass mark is 60 per cent, or 30 out of 50 correct.

    How many exams are there and how are they delivered?

    There are two separate PeopleCert exams, Foundation and Practitioner, and you must pass both to hold both credentials. Each is delivered through PeopleCert OnVUE online proctoring, available 24/7, or at an authorised test centre.

    What are the prerequisites for the Practitioner exam?

    The Practitioner exam requires PRINCE2 Agile Foundation, or PRINCE2 Foundation, or an accepted equivalent. PRINCE2 Agile Foundation itself has no prerequisites, so PRINCE2 Foundation holders can proceed straight to Practitioner.

    What happens if I do not pass the first time?

    How long is the certification valid?

    Can a beginner take this course?

    Yes. PRINCE2 Agile Foundation has no formal prerequisites and is open to all. Prior familiarity with Scrum or Kanban is helpful but not required. The programme builds from foundational concepts to applied practitioner scenarios.
