    The path to Online Agile PM certification follows a structured two-exam route. There are no prerequisites for the Foundation examination. After completing the combined Foundation and Practitioner training, candidates progress through both certification exams to demonstrate their knowledge of Agile Project Management principles and practices. Most learners complete the process within 1 to 2 weeks after training.

    Step 1: Complete the Agile PM Foundation and Practitioner Training

    Enrol in the Invensis Learning Agile PM Foundation and Practitioner Certification training in Cameroon (5-Day Live Online Bootcamp, E-Learning, or Corporate Group Training). The integrated programme covers the Agile PM lifecycle, roles and responsibilities, project control, requirements, estimating, and risk management.

    Step 2: Sit the Agile PM Foundation Exam

    Take the Foundation exam: 50 multiple-choice questions, 40 minutes, 50% pass mark (25 of 50), closed book. Delivered online proctored from your home or office in Cameroon, or at an approved test centre.

    Step 3: Earn the Agile PM Foundation Credential

    On passing the Foundation exam, your Agile PM Foundation certificate is issued. The Foundation credential validates your knowledge of Agile project management fundamentals.

    Step 4: Sit the Agile PM Practitioner Exam

    Take the Practitioner exam: 4 objective-test questions, 2.5 hours, 50% pass mark (40 of 80 points), open book to the official Agile PM manual. The Practitioner exam is scenario-based and tests applied knowledge in realistic project contexts.

    Step 5: Activate Your Agile PM Foundation and Practitioner Credentials

    On passing both exams, you earn both the Agile PM Foundation and Practitioner certificates. The Foundation credential is lifetime valid; the Practitioner credential typically has a 5-year validity, renewable via continuing professional development (CPD) or re-examination.

    How many exams are in the AgilePM programme?

    There are two separate exams. The Foundation exam has 50 multiple-choice questions in 40 minutes, closed book, with a 50% pass mark (25 out of 50). The Practitioner exam has 4 scenario-based questions worth 15 marks each, 60 marks in total, over 2 hours, open book, with a 50% pass mark (30 out of 60).

    What is the format of the Foundation exam?

    The AgilePM Foundation exam is closed book with 50 single-answer multiple-choice questions to be completed in 40 minutes. You need 50%, or 25 correct answers, to pass. It is usually taken at the end of Foundation training.

    What is the format of the Practitioner exam?

    The Practitioner exam is open book, with the AgilePM Handbook permitted. It has 4 scenario-based questions worth 15 marks each, 60 marks in total, over 2 hours. You need 30 marks (50%) to pass, and the questions require analysis, not simple look-up.

    How are the AgilePM exams delivered?

    Both exams are delivered through online proctoring or at an authorised test centre. They are typically sat at the end of each training stage, Foundation first, then Practitioner.

    What if I do not pass an exam on the first attempt?

    You can resit the exam. Our training includes mock exams, practice questions and exam technique to prepare you thoroughly, and selected packages offer retake support. Ask a learning advisor about resit options.

    What does 'open book' mean for the Practitioner exam?

    Open book means the AgilePM Handbook is permitted during the Practitioner exam. However, the scenario questions require judgment and application, so you still need deep method knowledge and efficient handbook navigation to score well.

    What training formats are available?

    We offer live virtual (online) instructor-led training, classroom training and customised corporate group training, so you can pick the format that fits your schedule and location in Cameroon.

    How long is the AgilePM programme?

    The combined Foundation and Practitioner programme runs as a five-day course, typically covering Foundation over the first three days and Practitioner over the final two, with each exam taken at the end of its stage. Total training is around 40 hours.

    Can beginners enrol in the programme?

    Yes. There are no prerequisites for Foundation, so beginners can enrol. The training builds knowledge step by step before progressing to Practitioner application, making it suitable for those new to structured agile.

    Can I reschedule or transfer my enrolment?

    Yes. Flexi options let you reschedule or move to another batch on selected plans. Contact support to arrange this.
