    The PRINCE2 certification path in Czechia is straightforward. You complete the accredited 35 contact hours, sit the Foundation exam, then progress to Practitioner.     What is the format of the PRINCE2 Foundation exam?

    The Foundation exam is closed book with 60 multiple-choice questions to be completed in 60 minutes. The pass mark is 60%, which is 36 out of 60 correct. It tests your knowledge and comprehension of the PRINCE2 method.

    What is the format of the PRINCE2 Practitioner exam?

    The Practitioner exam is open book, allowing the PRINCE2 manual. It has 56 questions and sub-questions worth 70 marks, with 150 minutes to complete it. The pass mark is 60%, which is 42 out of 70 marks, and it tests application and tailoring in project scenarios.

    Are there prerequisites for the Practitioner exam?

    Yes. PRINCE2 Practitioner requires PRINCE2 Foundation, or an accepted equivalent such as PMP, CAPM or IPMA Level A to D. Foundation itself has no formal prerequisites and is open to all.

    How and where do I take the PRINCE2 exams?

    Both exams are delivered by PeopleCert, either online through the OnVUE proctored system available 24/7, or at an authorised test centre. They are usually arranged as part of a combined training and dual-exam package.

    What if I do not pass an exam on the first attempt?

    You can resit the exam through PeopleCert, and a reexamination fee applies. Our training includes mock exams and exam-technique guidance to help you prepare thoroughly. Ask an advisor about resit support included in your package.
