The Observability Skills You Will MasterMetrics, Logs, Traces and Beyond

In this Observability Foundation programme you will learn to instrument systems, work with metrics, logs and traces, define SLIs and SLOs, and apply OpenTelemetry so modern IT systems become truly observable. By the end you can turn telemetry into insight and improve reliability at work.

Apply the Three Pillars of Observability

In this Observability Foundation training you will learn to work across metrics, logs and distributed traces, understand how observability differs from monitoring, and use high-context, high-cardinality telemetry to reason about cloud-native systems.

    Correlate Metrics, Logs and Traces

Work with counters, gauges and histograms, apply structured logging and aggregation, follow spans and context propagation, and correlate all three signals to carry out fast, accurate root-cause analysis.

Define SLIs, SLOs and Error Budgets
