What Is the Change Management Foundation and Practitioner Certification?Your Route into Organisational Change

Change Management Certification Training in Morocco equips professionals to lead the people and culture side of organisational change with confidence. The Change Management Foundation and Practitioner (CM-F&P) certification validates both your understanding of change management concepts and your ability to apply proven models to real transformation scenarios. The programme is aligned to the Change Management Practitioner Guide (current edition) and the Change Management Body of Knowledge (CMBoK) maintained by the Change Management Institute, and it draws on the frameworks employers value most: ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step Model, Lewin's Three-Step Model, McKinsey 7-S, and Bridges' Transition Model. Foundation builds knowledge and comprehension; Practitioner develops applied, scenario-based judgement. As Morocco pursues its Digital 2030 roadmap, expands offshoring and shared services, and modernises banking and automotive operations, organisations in Casablanca, Rabat, Tangier and Kenitra need people who can turn change from disruption into adoption. Start your change management journey with Invensis Learning and become a certified professional employers across Morocco recognise.

    General

Is the Change Management certification worth it in Morocco?

Yes. Change management is becoming a distinct, valued discipline in Morocco as employers pursue Digital 2030, offshoring growth and industrial modernisation. Certified change roles range from analyst to head of change, with change and transformation manager pay averaging around MAD 450,000 a year, and the market is short on credentialed change talent.

What is the Change Management Foundation and Practitioner certification?

The Change Management Foundation and Practitioner (CM-F&P) certification validates your knowledge of change management concepts and your ability to apply them to real scenarios. It is aligned to the Change Management Body of Knowledge (CMBoK) and the Change Management Practitioner Guide, and covers models such as ADKAR, Kotter, Lewin and Bridges.

Who should take this change management course?

It suits project managers, HR business partners, OD practitioners, consultants and leaders who lead or support organisational change. There are no formal prerequisites for Foundation, so professionals at any career stage can start.

    Is this certification recognised internationally?

Yes. The Change Management qualification is recognised in over 150 countries and is well respected across the UK, Europe, Africa and markets where change management is an established profession, including employers in Morocco.

What change models does the course cover?

The syllabus covers Bridges' Transition Model, ADKAR, Lewin's Three-Step Model, Kotter's 8-Step Model, McKinsey 7-S, Schein's culture model, Goleman's emotional intelligence domains and Cialdini's six principles of influence.

    Pricing

What is included in the training fee?

The fee typically includes courseware aligned to the current syllabi, case studies, Foundation and Practitioner practice questions, mock exams, and learner support. Exam voucher inclusion is confirmed at enrolment. Request a quote for the exact package in your region.

How much does Change Management certification cost in Morocco?

Pricing varies by delivery format and package, so training in Morocco is available on request. The combined programme is usually purchased as a training and dual-exam bundle. Talk to a learning advisor for current pricing and group options.

Are the exam fees part of the price?

The programme is typically sold as a combined training and dual-exam package, though inclusions vary by region and channel. Confirm whether the Foundation and Practitioner exam vouchers are bundled when you request your quote.

    Exam

How many exams are in the combined programme?

There are two separate exams. The Foundation exam has 50 questions in 40 minutes, closed book, with a 50% pass mark (25 out of 50). The Practitioner exam has 5 scenario-based sections worth 16 marks each (80 marks total) over 2.5 hours, open book, with a 50% pass mark (40 out of 80).

What is the format of the Foundation exam?

The Foundation exam is closed book with 50 single-answer multiple-choice questions and a 40-minute duration. You need 50%, or 25 correct answers, to pass. It is usually taken at the end of the Foundation portion of the training.

What does open book mean for the Practitioner exam?

The Change Management Practitioner Guide is permitted during the Practitioner exam. However, the five scenario-based sections require analysis and judgement, so you cannot simply look up answers. Efficient guide navigation and deep method knowledge are both essential.

What are the prerequisites for the Practitioner exam?

You must hold the Change Management Foundation certification before sitting the Practitioner exam. Foundation itself has no formal prerequisites, so the combined programme takes you through both levels in sequence.

What if I do not pass on the first attempt?

Our training includes guidance and mock exams to help you clear both exams on the first attempt. If a re-sit is needed, we advise on the current re-sit policy and support your preparation. Ask a learning advisor about retake options.
