    What is the format of the AgilePM Foundation exam?

    The Foundation exam is a closed-book, multiple-choice test of 50 questions in 40 minutes. The pass mark is 50 percent, meaning 25 correct answers out of 50. It is delivered by online proctoring or at an authorised test centre.

    What is the format of the AgilePM Practitioner exam?

    The Practitioner exam is open book using the AgilePM Handbook. It has four scenario-based questions worth 15 marks each, 60 marks in total, over two hours. The pass mark is 50 percent, meaning 30 out of 60 marks.

    How many exams are there and what are the prerequisites?

    There are two separate exams. Foundation has no prerequisites. The Practitioner exam requires AgilePM Foundation, or an accepted equivalent. You must pass both to hold both credentials.

    What does open book mean for the Practitioner exam?

    You may use the AgilePM Handbook during the Practitioner exam. However, the scenario questions require analysis and judgement, so you cannot simply look up answers. Efficient handbook navigation and solid method knowledge are both essential.

    What if I do not pass an exam the first time?
