Complete the 4-day PeopleCert-accredited training, sit the Foundation exam (closed book), then the Practitioner exam (open book to the official manual).     What is the format of the PRINCE2 Agile Foundation exam?

    The Foundation exam has 40 multiple-choice questions with a single answer each, closed book, in 60 minutes. The pass mark is 60%, which is 24 out of 40 correct. It is delivered online with PeopleCert OnVUE proctoring or at an authorised test centre.

    What is the format of the PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner exam?

    The Practitioner exam has 50 scenario-based questions, open book with the PRINCE2 Agile publication permitted, in 150 minutes. The pass mark is 60%, which is 30 out of 50 correct. It is delivered via PeopleCert OnVUE online proctoring or at a test centre.

    How many exams are in the combined programme?

    There are two separate PeopleCert exams: Foundation and Practitioner. You must sit and pass both to hold both credentials. The four-day combined programme covers Foundation first, then Practitioner content.

    What does open book mean for the Practitioner exam?

    The PRINCE2 Agile publication is allowed during the Practitioner exam. However, questions require scenario analysis and judgment, so you cannot simply look up answers. Efficient navigation of the publication and solid method knowledge are both essential.

    Can I retake an exam if I do not pass first time?

    Yes. PeopleCert allows resits for each exam, and reexamination fees apply. Our training includes exam preparation, mock exams and technique coaching to help you pass. Confirm the current resit policy at peoplecert.org.

    Course Content

    Can a beginner take PRINCE2 Agile?

    Yes. PRINCE2 Agile Foundation has no prerequisites and is open to beginners, though some familiarity with Scrum or Kanban helps. The training builds knowledge from the ground up before moving to the applied Practitioner level.

    What topics does the training cover?

    The programme covers the agile mindset, blending agile with PRINCE2, the five targets for agile, the PRINCE2 Agile hexagon, Scrum, Kanban and Lean Startup, MoSCoW, timeboxing, burn charts, tailoring, and governing with flexibility, across nine Foundation and nine Practitioner topic areas.

    Which agile frameworks are included?

    PRINCE2 Agile covers Scrum as the primary framework, along with Kanban, Lean Startup and Scrumban, plus awareness of scaling approaches. Scrum is the most extensively covered framework within the syllabus.

    Are practice tests and mock exams included?

    Yes. The programme includes practice questions, full mock exams and topic-wise quizzes for both levels, plus open-book technique practice for the Practitioner exam, so you can identify weak areas and build readiness.

    Is the courseware aligned to the current syllabus?

    Yes. The courseware is aligned to the current PRINCE2 Agile Foundation and Practitioner syllabus and the PRINCE2 Agile publication from PeopleCert (AXELOS), so you prepare against the standard the exams are based on.

    How soon can I start and how do I enrol?

    What training formats are available in Oman?

    We offer online (live virtual) instructor-led training, onsite classroom training, and customised corporate group training. This lets professionals and teams in Oman choose the format that fits their schedule and learning preference.

    What are the eligibility requirements to enrol?

    Anyone can enrol in the training. To sit the Practitioner exam, PeopleCert requires PRINCE2 Agile Foundation, PRINCE2 Foundation, or an accepted equivalent. Foundation itself has no formal prerequisites.

    Can I reschedule or transfer my enrolment?

    Yes. Flexi options let you reschedule or transfer to another batch, and selected plans allow you to attend the training again. Contact support to arrange this before your scheduled cohort.
