    What topics does the PRINCE2 Practitioner training cover?

    The course covers all nine PRINCE2 7 Practitioner syllabus areas: principles, practices, processes, key roles and responsibilities, people management, sustainability and ESG, digital and data management, effective communication, and tailoring, all through scenario-based practice.

    What is new in PRINCE2 7 compared with PRINCE2 6?

    PRINCE2 7th Edition (2023) introduces the People capability as a core element, renames Themes to Practices, and adds sustainability, digital and data management, and commercial considerations. Training on this page is aligned to the current 7th edition throughout.

    Do I need prior experience to take this course?

    You do not need formal work experience, but you do need PRINCE2 Foundation or an accepted equivalent to sit the Practitioner exam. The course builds on Foundation knowledge, so a grasp of PRINCE2 basics helps you get the most from it.

    What learning materials are provided?

    You receive PRINCE2 7 aligned courseware, guidance on using the Managing Successful Projects manual, scenario exercises, practice questions and revision aids to prepare for the open-book exam.

    How does Practitioner differ from Foundation?

    Foundation is closed book and tests knowledge of PRINCE2 at awareness level. Practitioner is open book, 150 minutes, 56 questions worth 70 marks, and tests your ability to apply and tailor the method in realistic scenarios. Foundation, or an equivalent, is the prerequisite for Practitioner.
