    You can take the exam at a Pearson VUE test centre, including centres in the Eastern Province, or from home or office through Pearson VUE's OnVUE online proctored system. You schedule it after PMI approves your application, within your one-year eligibility window.

    Course Content

    Do I need prior experience to join the training?

    Anyone can join the training. To sit the exam, PMI requires either a four-year degree plus 36 months of leading projects, or a secondary school qualification plus 60 months of leading projects. Both paths also require 35 contact hours of project management education.

    Which edition and syllabus is the courseware based on?

    The courseware is aligned to PMI's updated PMP Examination Content Outline, which is based on the PMBOK Guide 8th Edition, and it also draws on the Agile Practice Guide. Roughly half the exam content reflects agile or hybrid delivery, so both are covered in depth.

    Does the PMP cover agile as well as waterfall?

    Yes. The updated outline gives agile its own domain, Agile Frameworks, worth 27 per cent, alongside Predictive Plan-Based Methodologies at 28 per cent. You learn Scrum, Kanban, Lean and XP practices as well as critical path, earned value and integrated change control.

    Are practice tests and mock exams included?

    Yes. You get practice questions and full-length mock exams built to the live format of 180 questions in 230 minutes, plus topic-wise quizzes so you can find and close gaps before exam day.

    Will the course help with my PMI application?

    Yes. We guide you through documenting your project leadership experience and education for the PMI application, including what to record if your application is selected for PMI's random audit, where supporting documents must be submitted within 90 days.
