The Change Management Foundation and Practitioner (CM-F&P) qualification validates your ability to manage the people and culture side of organisational change. It is aligned to the Change Management Body of Knowledge (CMBoK) from the Change Management Institute.

    General

What is the Change Management Foundation and Practitioner certification?

The Change Management Foundation and Practitioner (CM-F&P) qualification validates your ability to manage the people and culture side of organisational change. Foundation covers knowledge of change concepts and models, while Practitioner proves you can apply them to real scenarios. It is aligned to the Change Management Body of Knowledge (CMBoK) from the Change Management Institute.

Who should take Change Management certification in Tajikistan?

It suits project managers, HR business partners, organisational development practitioners, consultants and transformation leaders. In Tajikistan, it is especially valuable for professionals working on banking modernisation, telecom change and public-sector digitalisation programmes who need to drive adoption.

Is Change Management certification recognised in Tajikistan?

Yes. The Change Management qualification is recognised internationally in over 150 countries and is valued by employers running transformation, digital and reform programmes. In Tajikistan, banks, telecoms, donor-funded projects and government bodies increasingly seek professionals with structured change skills.

Do I need prerequisites for the Foundation level?

No. Change Management Foundation has no formal prerequisites and is open to all, regardless of education, experience or prior change knowledge. To sit the Practitioner exam, you must first hold the Foundation certification or an accepted equivalent.

Is the Change Management qualification worth it?

Yes. As Tajikistan digitises services and modernises banks, employers value professionals who can turn strategy into adoption. Certified change roles in finance and ICT pay above the national average, and the credential travels across sectors and borders. Talk to a learning advisor to see if it fits your goals.

    Pricing

How much does Change Management training cost in Tajikistan?

    Exam

What is the format of the Change Management Foundation exam?

The Foundation exam has 50 multiple-choice questions to complete in 40 minutes. It is closed book and single-answer format, with a pass mark of 50%, meaning 25 out of 50 correct. It is typically taken at the end of Foundation training.

What is the format of the Practitioner exam?

The Practitioner exam has 5 scenario-based sections, each worth 16 marks, for 80 marks total, over 2.5 hours. It is open book, with the Change Management Practitioner Guide permitted, and the pass mark is 50%, meaning 40 out of 80 marks.

How many exams are in the combined programme?

There are two separate exams. You sit and pass the Foundation exam first, then the Practitioner exam. You must pass both to hold both credentials. The combined 40-hour programme prepares you for each level in sequence.

What if I do not pass an exam the first time?

You can resit the exam concerned. Our training focuses on first-attempt success through mock exams, practice questions and exam technique, and our team can guide you on rebooking. Confirm the current resit policy and fees with a learning advisor.

Which standard are the change management exams based on?

Both exams align to the official Change Management Foundation and Practitioner syllabi, underpinned by the Change Management Body of Knowledge (CMBoK) from the Change Management Institute and the current Change Management Practitioner Guide.

Is the Practitioner exam really open book?

Yes. The Change Management Practitioner Guide is permitted during the exam. However, the scenario-based sections require analysis and judgment, so you cannot simply look up answers. Efficient guide navigation and deep method knowledge are both essential.
