Frequently Asked QuestionsHere's everything you may ask...

It is a combined qualification that certifies you in both levels of PRINCE2, the structured project management method governed by AXELOS and examined by PeopleCert. The current edition is PRINCE2 7 (2023). Foundation proves you understand the method; Practitioner proves you can apply and tailor it to real projects.

    General

What is the PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner certification?

It is a combined qualification that certifies you in both levels of PRINCE2, the structured project management method governed by AXELOS and examined by PeopleCert. The current edition is PRINCE2 7 (2023). Foundation proves you understand the method; Practitioner proves you can apply and tailor it to real projects.

Is the PRINCE2 dual certification worth it in Tunisia?

Yes. PRINCE2 is valued by Tunisia's offshoring, banking, telecom and public-sector employers, many serving European clients that expect the method. Certified project managers earn well above the national average, with senior roles reaching around TND 54,000 or more per year. Talk to a learning advisor to plan your route.

Who should take this PRINCE2 course?

It suits aspiring and practising project managers, project coordinators, PMO members and IT or consulting professionals who want a recognised project method. Foundation has no prerequisites, so beginners can start, while experienced managers benefit most from the Practitioner level.

    Is PRINCE2 recognised internationally?

Yes. PRINCE2 is recognised globally, with particular strength across the UK, Europe, the Middle East and Commonwealth markets. PeopleCert operates in over 200 countries and more than one million PRINCE2 certificates have been issued worldwide, making it highly portable for professionals in Tunisia.

How long is the PRINCE2 certification valid?

Both PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner are valid for three years. Practitioner can be renewed by retaking the exam, by completing CPD through a PeopleCert MyAxelos subscription, or by passing a higher-level PRINCE2 qualification. Foundation is renewed by earning 60 CPD points per cycle.

    Pricing

How much does PRINCE2 training cost in Tunisia?

Training fees vary by format and schedule, so pricing for Tunisia is available on request. The fee covers courseware, practice materials and exam preparation for both levels. The PeopleCert exam fees are billed separately. Request a quote for current pricing and upcoming batches.

What is included in the PRINCE2 course fee?

The training fee typically includes PeopleCert-aligned courseware, practice questions, mock exams, exam simulator access, downloadable templates, learner support and a course completion certificate. Exam preparation covers both the Foundation and Practitioner levels.

Are the exam fees included in the training price?

Exam fees are set by PeopleCert and billed separately in USD, EUR or GBP under regional pricing. Some training packages bundle the two exam vouchers, so confirm what is included when you request your quote.

Do you offer group or corporate discounts?

Yes. We offer corporate group training with customised schedules and volume-based pricing for delivery teams, PMOs and departments across Tunisia. Contact us for a tailored group quote.

    What payment options are available?

We accept major credit and debit cards and bank transfers, with instalment options on selected plans. Speak with a learning advisor to choose the option that suits you.

    Exam

What is the format of the two PRINCE2 exams?

The Foundation exam is closed book with 60 multiple-choice questions in 60 minutes. The Practitioner exam is open book, using the PRINCE2 manual, with 56 questions and sub-questions worth 70 marks in 150 minutes. Both are based on the PRINCE2 7 syllabus.

What are the passing scores for the PRINCE2 exams?

Both exams require 60% to pass. Foundation needs 36 correct out of 60 questions, and Practitioner needs 42 out of 70 marks. Focusing on broad mastery of the principles, practices and processes is the best way to clear both.

Do I need Foundation before the Practitioner exam?

Yes. PRINCE2 Foundation, or an accepted equivalent such as PMP or CAPM, is required before sitting Practitioner. The combined programme is designed to be taken in sequence, with Foundation first and Practitioner second.

What does open book mean for the Practitioner exam?

You may refer to the PRINCE2 Managing Successful Projects manual during the Practitioner exam. However, the scenario-based questions test judgement and application, not look-up, so time management and familiarity with the manual are essential.

Where can I sit the PRINCE2 exams?

Both exams can be taken online through PeopleCert's online proctored system, available 24/7, or at an authorised test centre. They are usually arranged as part of your combined training and exam package.

    Course Content

What topics does the PRINCE2 training cover?

The training covers the seven PRINCE2 principles, the People capability, the seven practices (business case, organising, plans, quality, risk, issues and progress) and the seven processes from Starting Up to Closing a Project, plus tailoring and exam strategy for both levels.

Is the courseware aligned to the latest PRINCE2 edition?

Yes. The courseware is aligned to PRINCE2 7th Edition (2023) and the PRINCE2 7 Managing Successful Projects manual, including the People capability, the renaming of themes to practices, and the integration of agile and sustainability considerations.

Are practice tests and mock exams included?

Yes. The programme includes practice questions, full-length mock exams, an exam simulator and topic-wise quizzes for both Foundation and Practitioner, helping you identify weak areas and build exam readiness.

Can a beginner take this course?

Yes. Foundation has no formal prerequisites and is open to all, so beginners and project team members can start here. The trainer builds up from the fundamentals before moving into the applied Practitioner content.

How is the combined training structured?

The combined programme runs over four days and 32 hours, typically covering Foundation content first, then Practitioner. You sit the Foundation exam before progressing to the Practitioner material and exam.

    Enrollment

What are the requirements to enrol in PRINCE2 training?

Anyone can enrol in the training, as Foundation has no prerequisites. To sit the Practitioner exam you need PRINCE2 Foundation or an accepted equivalent, which the combined programme provides in sequence.

How do I enrol in the PRINCE2 course?

You can enrol through the Invensis Learning website. Choose your preferred format, complete payment, and you receive access to schedules, courseware and learning resources. Reach out to a learning advisor if you need help choosing a batch.

What training formats are available in Tunisia?

We offer online (live virtual) instructor-led training, classroom sessions, self-paced e-learning and customised corporate group training, so you can pick the format that fits your schedule across Tunisia.

Can I reschedule or transfer my enrolment?

Yes. Flexi options let you reschedule or transfer to another batch, and selected plans include a pass to attend the training twice. Contact support to arrange this.

What is the refund or cancellation policy?

Refunds and cancellations are handled per our published policy, and selected plans include a money-back option. Reach out to our team for the details that apply to your enrolment.
