    The PRINCE2 Agile certification path in Armenia is a streamlined 2-exam track. Complete the 4-day PeopleCert-accredited training, sit the Foundation exam (closed book), then the Practitioner exam (open book to the official manual). On passing, PeopleCert issues both credentials. From training to credential typically takes 1-2 weeks.

    Foundation has no formal prereqs. For Practitioner, confirm you hold PRINCE2 Foundation, PRINCE2 Agile Foundation, PMP, CAPM, or IPMA Level A/B/C/D.

    Step 2: Enrol in the Training Program

    Step 3: Create or Sign In to Your PeopleCert Account

    Foundation: 50 multiple-choice questions, 50 minutes, 55% pass mark (28 of 50), closed book. Delivered online proctored or at a PeopleCert test centre.

    What is the format of the PRINCE2 Agile Foundation exam?

    The Foundation exam has 40 multiple-choice questions with a single answer each, lasts 60 minutes, and is closed book. The pass mark is 60%, which is 24 out of 40 correct. It tests knowledge and comprehension of PRINCE2 Agile.

    What is the format of the PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner exam?

    The Practitioner exam has 50 scenario-based questions, lasts 150 minutes, and is open book with the PRINCE2 Agile publication permitted. The pass mark is 60%, which is 30 out of 50 correct. It tests your ability to apply and tailor PRINCE2 Agile.

    How many exams are in the combined programme?

    There are two separate PeopleCert exams: Foundation and Practitioner. You must sit and pass both to hold both credentials. The combined programme prepares you for each level in sequence.

    Where and how do I take the exams?

    Both exams are delivered through PeopleCert, either online with OnVUE proctoring available 24/7 or at an authorised test centre. You can schedule each exam once you are ready during the course.

    What if I do not pass an exam the first time?

    You can resit either exam by booking a re-examination through PeopleCert. Our training includes mock exams, practice questions and technique guidance to help you prepare thoroughly and reduce the chance of a resit. Confirm current resit policy at peoplecert.org.

    Course Content

    What topics are covered in the training?

    Foundation covers the agile mindset, blending agile with PRINCE2, stakeholder engagement, agile leadership, risk and change, progress tracking, agile roles, scalable agility and value-driven thinking. Practitioner covers tailoring, guiding agile delivery, managing by stages, agile techniques and governing with flexibility.

    Can a beginner take this course?

    Yes. Foundation has no prerequisites, so beginners can start here. Prior familiarity with Scrum or Kanban helps but is not required. The programme builds from core concepts to Practitioner-level application, with support throughout.

    What agile frameworks does PRINCE2 Agile cover?

    PRINCE2 Agile covers Scrum as the primary framework, plus Kanban, Lean Startup and Scrumban, with awareness of scaling approaches. You learn how these delivery methods work within PRINCE2 governance.

    Is the courseware aligned with the current syllabus?

    Yes. The courseware is aligned to the current PRINCE2 Agile Foundation and Practitioner syllabus and the PRINCE2 Agile publication from PeopleCert and AXELOS.

    What learning materials and practice are provided?

    You receive PeopleCert-aligned courseware for both levels, practice questions, full-length mock exams, scenario practice for the open-book Practitioner exam, and topic-wise quizzes to identify and strengthen weak areas.
