    What is the format of the PRINCE2 Agile Foundation exam?

    The Foundation exam has 40 multiple-choice, single-answer questions to complete in 60 minutes. It is closed book, and the pass mark is 60 percent, which is 24 out of 40 correct. There are no formal prerequisites for the Foundation exam.

    What is the format of the PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner exam?

    The Practitioner exam has 50 scenario-based questions to complete in 150 minutes. It is open book, so the PRINCE2 Agile publication is permitted, and the pass mark is 60 percent, which is 30 out of 50 correct.

    What are the prerequisites for the Practitioner exam?

    You need PRINCE2 Agile Foundation, or PRINCE2 Foundation, or an accepted equivalent. The Foundation exam itself has no prerequisites, so the combined programme takes you through both levels in sequence.

    How and where do I sit the exams?

    Both exams are delivered by PeopleCert, either through online proctoring available 24/7 or at authorised test centres worldwide, including options accessible from Argentina. You sit and pass two separate exams to hold both credentials.

    What if I do not pass an exam the first time?

    You can resit the exam under PeopleCert's re-sit policy, and our trainers provide focused support to help you prepare. Selected plans include additional preparation and revision support to build your confidence before you retake.

    What will I learn in the PRINCE2 Agile course?

    You learn how PRINCE2 governance blends with agile delivery, the five targets for agile, the PRINCE2 Agile hexagon, and agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban and Lean Startup. The Practitioner level then develops your ability to tailor and apply the method in real scenarios.

    Do I need prior PRINCE2 or agile experience?

    No prior experience is required for the Foundation level, though familiarity with Scrum or Kanban is helpful. The programme is beginner-friendly at Foundation and builds up to applied Practitioner scenarios with structured guidance.

    The course covers Scrum as the primary framework, along with Kanban, Lean Startup and Scrumban, plus awareness of scaling approaches. It shows how each fits within PRINCE2 governance rather than replacing it.

    Is the courseware aligned to the current syllabus?

    Yes. The courseware is aligned to the current PRINCE2 Agile Foundation and Practitioner syllabus published by PeopleCert and AXELOS, and it maps to the topic areas tested in both exams.

    How long is the combined training programme?

    The combined Foundation and Practitioner programme is typically delivered over four days, around 32 hours of training, covering Foundation content first and then Practitioner application. Exact scheduling depends on the format you choose.
