    How many questions are on the PfMP exam and how long is it?

    The exam has 170 questions and an allotted time of four hours. Results are reported as pass or fail with domain-level feedback, and up to three attempts are permitted within your one-year eligibility window.

    What are the PfMP exam domains and their weights?

    Five domains: Strategic Alignment (25%), Governance (20%), Portfolio Performance (25%), Portfolio Risk Management (14%) and Communications Management (16%). The exam is aligned to the 4th edition of the Standard for Portfolio Management.

    What is the PfMP panel review?

    The panel review is a multi-rater assessment unique to PfMP. A panel of portfolio management practitioners evaluates your documented experience and competency. It is mandatory alongside the written exam, and both must be passed to earn the credential.

    What if I do not pass the PfMP exam the first time?
