    What is the format of the PRINCE2 Foundation exam?

    The Foundation exam is closed book with 60 multiple-choice questions to be completed in 60 minutes. The pass mark is 60 percent, which is 36 out of 60 correct. There are no formal prerequisites to sit it.

    What is the format of the PRINCE2 Practitioner exam?

    The Practitioner exam is open book, using the PRINCE2 manual. It has 56 questions and sub-questions worth 70 marks, with 150 minutes allowed. The pass mark is 60 percent, which is 42 out of 70 marks.

    What is the passing score for each exam?

    Both exams require 60 percent to pass. For Foundation that is 36 of 60 questions correct, and for Practitioner that is 42 of 70 marks. You must pass both to hold the full PRINCE2 credential.

    How and where can I sit the PRINCE2 exams?

    You can take both exams online through PeopleCert's OnVUE online proctored system, available 24/7, or at a PeopleCert authorised test centre. Exams are usually arranged as part of your combined training package.

    What if I do not pass on the first attempt?
