    What will I learn in the PRINCE2 Practitioner training?

    You will learn to apply and tailor the seven PRINCE2 principles, seven practices and seven processes to real scenarios, plus People management, sustainability, digital and data, communication and tailoring, all mapped to the nine Practitioner syllabus areas.

    What syllabus areas does the training cover?

    It covers all nine Practitioner areas: Principles, Practices, Processes, Key Roles and Responsibilities, People Management and Collaboration, Sustainability and ESG, Digital and Data Management, Effective Communication Methods, and Tailoring to your needs.

    Do I need prior experience to follow the training?

    You should hold PRINCE2 Foundation or an accepted equivalent, as Practitioner builds on that knowledge. No formal work experience is required, though the course is designed for practising and aspiring project managers.
