What Is the Change Management Foundation and Practitioner Certification?Master the People Side of Change

Change Management certification training in Kuwait prepares you to lead the human side of organisational change, not just the technical delivery. The Change Management Foundation and Practitioner (CM-F&P) credential is a two-level qualification that validates both your knowledge of change management models and your ability to apply them to real organisational scenarios. Built around the Change Management Body of Knowledge (CMBoK) and the current Change Management Practitioner Guide, the programme covers five topic areas: change and the individual, change and the organisation, communication and stakeholder engagement, change practice, and personal and professional management. Foundation is taught at knowledge and comprehension level, while the Practitioner level develops applied, scenario-based competence. For professionals in Kuwait's banks, oil and gas firms, telecoms and government entities driving Vision 2035 transformation, this credential is a recognised way to prove you can move people from resistance to adoption. Start your change management journey with Invensis Learning.

    General

What is the Change Management Foundation and Practitioner certification?

It is a two-level qualification covering the people and culture side of organisational change. Foundation validates your knowledge of change models, while Practitioner validates your ability to apply them to real scenarios. It draws on the Change Management Body of Knowledge (CMBoK).

Who should take this course in Kuwait?

It suits change managers, project and programme managers, HR business partners, OD practitioners, consultants and leaders sponsoring change across Kuwait's banking, energy, telecom and public sectors.

Is Change Management certification worth it in Kuwait?

Yes. With Vision 2035 driving diversification and digital transformation, employers need people who can manage adoption. Certified change professionals are scarce, so the credential strengthens your standing and earning potential. Talk to a learning advisor to plan your route.

Do I need prior experience to enrol?

No. The Foundation level has no formal prerequisites and is open to all. The Practitioner level requires the Foundation certification first.

Which change management models does the course cover?

It covers ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step Model, Lewin's Three-Step Model, the McKinsey 7-S Framework, Bridges' Transition Model, Schein's culture model, Goleman's emotional intelligence and Cialdini's principles of influence.

    Is the certification recognised internationally?

Yes. It is recognised in over 150 countries and well respected across the UK, Europe, the Gulf and other markets where change management is a formal professional discipline.

    Pricing

Pricing varies by delivery format and schedule. Current Kuwait fees are available on request. Contact us for a quote and to ask about any group or corporate offers.

Are the exam fees included in the price?

Exam voucher inclusion depends on the package you choose. Verify current inclusions when you enrol, or ask a learning advisor for a full breakdown.

Do you offer corporate or group discounts?

Yes. We offer tailored corporate training with volume-based pricing for teams across Kuwait. Ask about a group quote for your organisation.

    What payment options are available?

We accept major cards and bank transfers, with instalment options on selected plans. Speak with a learning advisor to choose what suits you.

    Exam

How many exams are in the combined programme?

Two. There is a Foundation exam and a Practitioner exam. You must sit and pass both to hold both credentials.

What is the Foundation exam format?

The Foundation exam has 50 multiple-choice questions over 40 minutes, taken closed book in single-answer format. The pass mark is 50%, which is 25 out of 50 correct.

What is the Practitioner exam format?

The Practitioner exam has five scenario-based sections worth 16 marks each, 80 marks in total, over 2.5 hours. It is open book using the Change Management Practitioner Guide, with a 50% pass mark of 40 out of 80.

What does open book mean for the Practitioner exam?

You may use the Change Management Practitioner Guide during the exam. The scenarios still require analysis and judgement, so efficient navigation and genuine understanding both matter.

    How is the exam delivered?

Exams are taken via online proctoring or at an authorised test centre, usually at the end of each stage of the training.

What if I do not pass the first time?

Our training includes first-attempt guidance, mock exams and practice questions to prepare you fully. Re-sit policies vary, so ask a learning advisor about the options.

It is aligned to the current Change Management Foundation and Practitioner Exam Syllabi, the Change Management Practitioner Guide and the CMBoK maintained by the Change Management Institute.

Can a beginner take this course?
