    What is the format of the PRINCE2 Agile Foundation exam?

    The Foundation exam has 40 multiple-choice questions in 60 minutes and is closed book. You need 60% to pass, which is 24 out of 40 correct. It tests your understanding of PRINCE2 Agile at knowledge and comprehension level.

    What is the format of the PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner exam?

    The Practitioner exam has 50 scenario-based questions in 150 minutes and is open book, with the PRINCE2 Agile publication permitted. You need 60% to pass, which is 30 out of 50 correct. It tests your ability to apply and tailor the method.

    How many exams are in the combined programme?

    There are two separate PeopleCert exams: Foundation and Practitioner. You must pass both to hold both credentials. The 4-day, 32-hour programme typically covers Foundation first, then Practitioner.

    What are the prerequisites for the Practitioner exam?

    PRINCE2 Agile Foundation has no prerequisites. For Practitioner you need PRINCE2 Agile Foundation, or PRINCE2 Foundation, or an accepted equivalent. Confirm current accepted equivalents at peoplecert.org.

    What will I learn in the PRINCE2 Agile course?

    You will learn the agile mindset, how to blend PRINCE2 governance with agile delivery, the five targets and the PRINCE2 Agile hexagon, Scrum, Kanban and Lean Startup, agile techniques such as MoSCoW and burn charts, and how to tailor the method to real projects.

    Which agile frameworks does PRINCE2 Agile cover?

    PRINCE2 Agile covers Scrum as the primary framework, along with Kanban, Lean Startup and Scrumban, plus awareness of scaling approaches. You learn how each fits within PRINCE2 governance rather than in isolation.

    Do I need prior PRINCE2 or agile experience?

    No prior experience is required to begin at Foundation level, which is open to all. Familiarity with Scrum or Kanban is helpful but not mandatory. The programme builds from the fundamentals to applied, scenario-based Practitioner content.

    Is the courseware aligned to the current syllabus?
