Fundamentals covers the P6 interface, EPS, OBS and WBS, activities and relationships, scheduling, the critical path, resources and baselines. Advanced covers resource and cost loading, earned value, Claim Digger, multi-project management and custom reporting.

How long is the Primavera P6 training?

The Fundamentals level runs over 2 days (16 hours) and the Advanced level over 3 days (24 hours). Both are available as full-day or extended half-day sessions, and can be taken independently or in sequence.

Should I take the Fundamentals or Advanced level?

Take Fundamentals if you are new to P6 or want a solid foundation in scheduling. Take Advanced if you already use P6 and want to master resource and cost loading, earned value, Claim Digger, multi-project control and reporting.

Is the training hands-on with real software?

Yes. Both levels are delivered with live Primavera P6 exercises using realistic construction, engineering and capital project scenarios, so you follow along in the software as each feature and workflow is demonstrated.

Does the course cover earned value management in P6?

Yes, at Advanced level. You learn to generate BCWS, BCWP and ACWP from a cost-loaded, baselined schedule and to calculate SPI, CPI, EAC and TCPI, then report earned value using P6 layouts and S-curves.
