Do I need prior experience to start P6 training?

Is the training hands-on or theory only?

It is hands-on throughout. You follow along in Primavera P6 as the trainer demonstrates each feature, then practise on realistic construction, engineering or infrastructure scenarios, so you leave able to do the work in the software.

How long is each level of the training?

Fundamentals is delivered over 2 days (16 hours total) and Advanced over 3 days (24 hours total). Both are available as full-day or extended part-day formats to fit working schedules.

Which frameworks and methods does the course reference?

The training grounds P6 in the Critical Path Method and Earned Value Management, and references industry practice such as the DCMA 14-point schedule assessment and cost engineering standards used on capital projects. These are taught as they apply within Primavera P6.
