    What is the format of the PRINCE2 Foundation exam?

    The Foundation exam has 60 multiple-choice questions to be completed in 60 minutes. It is closed book, and the passing score is 60 percent, which is 36 out of 60 correct. It tests knowledge and comprehension of the PRINCE2 method.

    What is the format of the PRINCE2 Practitioner exam?

    The Practitioner exam has 56 questions and sub-questions worth 70 marks, over 150 minutes. It is open book, so the PRINCE2 manual is permitted, and the passing score is 60 percent, which is 42 out of 70 marks. It tests applying and tailoring PRINCE2 to scenarios.

    How many exams are there in the combined programme?

    There are two separate PeopleCert exams: the Foundation exam and the Practitioner exam. You must sit and pass both to hold both credentials. Foundation is usually taken first, followed by Practitioner.

    Where can I take the PRINCE2 exams?

    Both exams can be taken online through PeopleCert's online proctored system, available 24 hours a day, or at an authorised test centre. They are typically arranged through your accredited training package.

    What if I do not pass an exam the first time?

    What topics are covered in the PRINCE2 training?

    Do I need experience or can a beginner take it?
