    General

What is the EXIN BCS Business Analysis Foundation and Practitioner certification?

It is a two-level certification governed by EXIN in partnership with BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT. Foundation validates business analysis knowledge and Practitioner validates applying BA techniques in real project scenarios. Both are aligned to the BCS Business Analysis Body of Knowledge.

Who should take the Business Analysis certification in Turkey?

It suits anyone moving into or working in business analysis, including IT professionals, testers, project and product staff, and practising analysts in Turkey who want a recognised qualification. Foundation has no prerequisites, so beginners can start too.

Is the EXIN BCS Business Analysis certification recognised in Turkey?

Yes. EXIN operates in over 165 countries and BCS is a globally respected professional body, so the credential is well recognised by employers in Turkey and internationally, particularly in banking, fintech, e-commerce and telecoms.

Do I need prior experience to start?

No. The Foundation level has no formal prerequisites and is open to all. The Practitioner level is designed for those who apply BA skills, and the recommended path is to complete Foundation first, which this combined programme covers.

How long is the certification valid?

Both the Foundation and Practitioner certifications are for lifetime. Neither expires and there is no renewal, re-examination or continuing-education requirement once you have passed.

    Pricing

How much does Business Analysis training cost in Turkey?

Fees vary by format and schedule, and instructor-led and corporate options are priced differently from self-paced learning. Contact us for current pricing in your preferred format, or request a quote from a learning advisor.

What is included in the course fee?

The fee typically includes EXIN BCS-aligned courseware, case studies, practice questions, mock exams for both levels and learner support. Verify whether the two EXIN exam vouchers are bundled for your chosen batch when you enrol.

Are the EXIN exam fees included in the price?

EXIN exam voucher pricing varies by region and channel and may be bundled with training or billed separately. Confirm whether both the Foundation and Practitioner vouchers are included for your batch before you enrol; ask an advisor for details.

Do you offer corporate or group discounts?

Yes. We offer corporate group training with customised schedules and volume-based pricing for teams in banking, e-commerce, telecoms and beyond. Contact us for a tailored group quote.

    What payment options are available?

We accept major cards and bank transfers, with instalment options on selected plans. Speak with a learning advisor to choose the option that best fits you.

    Exam

What is the format of the Foundation and Practitioner exams?

Both exams are closed book. The Foundation exam uses single-answer multiple-choice questions across 14 topic areas. The Practitioner exam uses scenario-based multiple-choice questions that test how you apply BA techniques in realistic project situations.

How many questions are in each exam and how long is it?

Each exam has 40 questions and a duration of 60 minutes. You sit two separate exams, one for Foundation and one for Practitioner, and must pass both to hold both credentials.

    What is the passing score?

The passing score is 65% for both exams, which is 26 correct answers out of 40. This applies to the Foundation and the Practitioner exam alike.

Where can I sit the EXIN exams in Turkey?

You can sit the exams online through EXIN's proctored exam system or at an accredited testing location. Exams are usually arranged through the accredited training provider as part of the combined programme.

What happens if I do not pass on the first attempt?

You can retake an EXIN exam if you do not pass. Re-sit policies and fees are set by EXIN and vary by region, so confirm the current terms at exin.com or ask our team for guidance.

    Course Content

What topics does the Business Analysis training cover?

It covers business analysis concepts, investigation techniques, stakeholder analysis, business process and requirements modelling, requirements engineering, strategy analysis, solution definition and business-case development, across both the Foundation and Practitioner levels.

What is the difference between the Foundation and Practitioner levels?

Which standard is the training aligned to?

The programme is aligned to the official EXIN BCS Foundation and Practitioner Examination Specifications and the BCS Business Analysis Body of Knowledge, developed in partnership with BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT.

Are practice tests and mock exams included?

Yes. The programme includes practice questions and mock exams for both the Foundation and Practitioner formats, plus industry case studies, so you can identify weak areas and build exam readiness.

Do I get a certificate after the training?
