What Is Business Process Management?A Skill Every Organisation Needs

Business Process Management (BPM) Training in Turkey is a one-day, non-certification skills programme that teaches you to manage and improve the processes your organisation runs on. From the first hour you learn a practical, end-to-end method rather than abstract theory. The course follows the full BPM lifecycle, identify, model, analyse, design, implement and monitor, and is grounded in recognised standards: BPMN 2.0 (ISO/IEC 19510) for process modelling, the ABPMP BPM Common Body of Knowledge, and the process approach of ISO 9001:2015. You practise modelling real processes, spotting waste and redesigning workflows for speed and quality. It suits business analysts, process owners, operations and IT professionals across Turkey's banking, manufacturing, retail and telecom sectors. There is no exam; you leave with skills you can apply immediately and a course completion certificate from Invensis Learning.

Redesign Processes for Speed and Quality

Use redesign principles such as simplification, standardisation, automation and error-proofing to build a future-state process that is faster, cheaper and more reliable.

    Measure Performance with Process KPIs

    General

Is Business Process Management training worth it?

Yes. BPM is one of the most transferable skills in business today, teaching you to map, analyse and improve the processes every organisation runs on using the BPMN 2.0 standard and a proven lifecycle. In Turkey these skills are in demand across banking, manufacturing, retail and telecom. Talk to a learning advisor to see how it fits your goals.

    What is Business Process Management?

Business Process Management is a structured discipline for identifying, modelling, analysing, improving and monitoring the processes that deliver value to customers. It combines process thinking, BPMN 2.0 modelling and continuous improvement into one management approach used across every industry and sector.

Who should attend this BPM course?

The course suits business analysts, process owners, operations and service delivery managers, IT professionals, quality managers and transformation practitioners. Anyone responsible for designing, managing or improving business processes in any sector will benefit, and no specific background is required.

Do I need prior experience to take BPM training?

No. The course has no formal prerequisites and introduces BPM from first principles. Some familiarity with business operations is helpful but not required, so beginners and experienced professionals can both take the programme comfortably.

    Is this a certification course?

No. This is a non-certification skills training course with no exam and no external awarding body. You build practical BPM capability and receive a course completion certificate from Invensis Learning that recognises your participation in the programme.

    Pricing

How much does BPM training cost in Turkey?

Pricing depends on your delivery format, live online, classroom or corporate, and on group size, so it is available on request. Request a quote and a learning advisor will share current pricing and any group options for teams in Turkey.

What is included in the course fee?

The fee typically covers instructor-led training across all six BPM modules, hands-on modelling and analysis exercises, learning resources and templates, learner support, and a course completion certificate. Ask your advisor for the exact inclusions for your chosen format.

Do you offer corporate or group pricing?

Yes. We offer corporate group training with customised schedules and volume-based pricing for teams and departments. It is often the most cost-effective option because participants can model their own real processes during the session. Ask about corporate pricing for your team.

Are payment or instalment options available?

Yes. We accept major payment methods and can discuss instalment options on selected plans. Speak with a learning advisor to choose the arrangement that best suits you or your organisation.

Is there a discount for training a team in Turkey?

Group and corporate bookings in Turkey are quoted with team-based pricing that usually works out lower per person than individual seats. Request a group quote and we will tailor it to your headcount and delivery format.

    Assessment

Is there an exam for BPM training?

No. This is a non-certification course with no examination. Your learning is reinforced through hands-on BPMN modelling exercises, process analysis workshops and group discussion during the one-day programme rather than through a formal test.

What will I receive on completion?

You receive a course completion certificate from Invensis Learning. There is no external credential or awarding body; the real value lies in the practical BPM skills you can apply at work immediately after the training.

How is my learning assessed during the course?

Learning is applied rather than examined. You work through process modelling exercises, analysis and redesign workshops and team activities across the day, so you practise each BPM technique on realistic examples as you go.

Will I be able to apply BPM straight away?

Yes. The skills are immediately usable. After the training you can model existing processes in BPMN 2.0, identify waste and improvement opportunities, redesign workflows, and set up process ownership and simple performance measures in your own organisation.

Does the course completion certificate expire?

No. The skills do not expire and there is no renewal requirement. Because this is not a certification, there are no continuing-education credits or renewal cycles to maintain after you finish the programme.

    Course Content

What will I learn in the BPM course?

You will learn the full BPM lifecycle: process identification, BPMN 2.0 modelling, process analysis and performance measurement, process design and governance, and BPM technology and automation. The one-day programme moves from foundations to hands-on application across six modules.

What standards and frameworks does the course cover?

The course is grounded in BPMN 2.0 (ISO/IEC 19510) for process modelling, the ABPMP BPM Common Body of Knowledge, and the process approach of ISO 9001:2015 (Clause 4.4). It also connects to Lean, Six Sigma and BPM technology such as BPMS and RPA.

    How long is the training?

The programme runs for one day, a total of eight hours, covering all six BPM modules with concept explanations, BPMN modelling exercises and process analysis and redesign workshops throughout. A half-day format across two sessions is also available.

    Are there hands-on exercises?

Yes. Practical work runs throughout the day. You model processes from verbal descriptions, analyse them to find waste and bottlenecks, and apply redesign principles to build improved future-state processes, so you leave able to do the work, not just describe it.

Do I need special software to attend?

No specialist software is required to take part. The focus is on BPM concepts and BPMN 2.0 modelling technique, which you can apply in common tools afterwards. Any tools used during exercises are introduced in the session.

    Enrollment

How soon can I start and how do I enrol?

You can enrol through the Invensis Learning website or by speaking with an advisor. Choose your format, complete your booking, and you receive access to schedules and learning resources. Ask about upcoming batches for learners in Turkey.

    What delivery formats are available?

The course is available online as live virtual instructor-led training, in the classroom, and as corporate on-site training for teams. You can choose the format that best fits your schedule and learning preference.

Can a complete beginner take this course?

Yes. There are no prerequisites and the course introduces BPM from the ground up. Practical exercises and trainer support help beginners build confidence, while experienced professionals gain a structured method and shared notation.

Can I arrange training for my whole team?

Yes. Corporate training brings a cross-functional team together in one session with a shared method, and can be delivered on-site, live virtual or blended across Turkey. Participants can work on your own real processes. Request a group quote to get started.
