    General

Is the Change Management Foundation and Practitioner certification worth it in Ukraine?

Yes. As Ukraine drives recovery, EU-alignment reform and digital transformation, employers across IT, banking, energy and the public sector value professionals who can lead the people side of change. The dual credential opens change manager, OD and transformation roles and gives you a portable, internationally recognised qualification.

What is the Change Management Foundation and Practitioner certification?

It is a two-level qualification covering the knowledge, models and practices needed to manage the people and culture side of organisational change. Foundation validates your understanding of change concepts, while Practitioner validates your ability to apply them to real scenarios. It is grounded in the Change Management Body of Knowledge (CMBoK).

Who should take this change management course?

It suits change managers, project and programme managers, HR business partners, OD practitioners, consultants and leaders who sponsor change. There are no formal prerequisites for Foundation, so professionals at any career stage can start.

Which change management models does the syllabus cover?

The syllabus covers a broad range of models, including ADKAR, Bridges' Transition Model, Lewin's Three-Step Model, Kotter's 8-Step Model, the McKinsey 7-S Framework, Schein's culture model, Goleman's emotional intelligence model and Cialdini's principles of influence.

How is this different from a project management certification?

Change management covers the people and culture side of change: stakeholder engagement, communication, resistance management and embedding, which project frameworks do not cover in depth. It complements credentials such as PRINCE2, giving you a complete toolkit for delivering change.

    Pricing

How much does Change Management training cost in Ukraine?

Pricing varies by delivery format and schedule, so the current fee is available on request. The combined programme is usually purchased as a training and dual-exam package. Request a quote and a learning advisor will confirm the latest fee for your chosen batch.

Exam voucher inclusion varies by package and region, so please confirm this when you enquire. Both exams are separate examinations, and you must sit and pass each to hold both credentials. Ask a learning advisor for the details that apply to your enrolment.

    Exam

What is the format of the Foundation exam?

The Foundation exam has 50 multiple-choice questions and lasts 40 minutes. It is closed book and uses single-answer questions. The pass mark is 50 percent, which is 25 out of 50 correct. There are no formal prerequisites to sit it.

What is the format of the Practitioner exam?

The Practitioner exam is open book, using the Change Management Practitioner Guide. It has five scenario-based sections worth 16 marks each, 80 marks in total, over 2.5 hours. The pass mark is 50 percent, which is 40 out of 80 marks.

How many exams are in the combined programme?

There are two separate exams. You sit the closed-book Foundation exam first, then the open-book, scenario-based Practitioner exam. You must pass both to hold the Foundation and Practitioner credentials.

What does open book mean for the Practitioner exam?

The Change Management Practitioner Guide is permitted during the exam. However, the scenario-based sections require analysis and judgement, so you cannot simply look up answers. Efficient guide navigation and solid method knowledge are both essential, and we cover this technique in the training.

What if I do not pass an exam on the first attempt?

You can re-sit an exam, and our trainers provide guidance to help you prepare and pass. Re-sit policies and any fees vary by provider and region, so confirm the current terms with a learning advisor before you book.

    Course Content

Do I need prior experience to take this course?

No. Foundation has no formal prerequisites and is open to all, so beginners are welcome. Practitioner requires Foundation certification first, and the combined programme takes you through both levels in sequence with trainer support.
