What topics does the Fundamentals level cover?

Fundamentals covers the P6 interface and enterprise project structure (EPS, OBS, WBS), activity creation and calendars, relationships and the critical path, resource assignment, baselines, progress updating and basic reporting.

Advanced covers advanced scheduling and schedule quality, resource and cost loading, cost accounts, earned value management, baseline comparison and Claim Digger, multi-project and portfolio management, and custom reporting.

What is earned value management in Primavera P6?

Earned value management uses P6 to measure performance by comparing planned value, earned value and actual cost. You learn to read SPI, CPI and variance and to forecast cost at completion, all from a cost-loaded P6 schedule.

Are the exercises based on real project scenarios?

Yes. Both levels use hands-on P6 exercises built on realistic construction, engineering and capital-project scenarios, so you practise the exact workflows used on live projects in Ukraine and beyond.
