    How to Get PRINCE2 Agile F&P Certified in UgandaStep-by-Step Certification Process

    The PRINCE2 Agile certification path in Uganda is a streamlined 2-exam track. Complete the 4-day PeopleCert-accredited training, sit the Foundation exam (closed book), then the Practitioner exam (open book to the official manual). On passing, PeopleCert issues both credentials. From training to credential typically takes 1-2 weeks.

    Step 1: Confirm Eligibility

    Foundation has no formal prereqs. For Practitioner, confirm you hold PRINCE2 Foundation, PRINCE2 Agile Foundation, PMP, CAPM, or IPMA Level A/B/C/D.

    Step 2: Enrol in the Training Program

    Select a learning format that aligns with your schedule and goals. The PRINCE2 Agile F&P bootcamp covers both Foundation and Practitioner content, including Agile delivery approaches, PRINCE2 governance principles, tailoring guidance, and scenario-based workshops.

    Step 3: Create or Sign In to Your PeopleCert Account

    Create or sign in at peoplecert.org. Your account stores your exam vouchers, schedule, results, and digital badges. Invensis Learning packages typically include both exam vouchers.

    Step 4: Sit the PRINCE2 Agile Foundation Exam

    Foundation: 50 multiple-choice questions, 50 minutes, 55% pass mark (28 of 50), closed book. Delivered online proctored or at a PeopleCert test centre.

    Step 5: Sit the PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner Exam

    Practitioner: 50 objective-test questions, 150 minutes, 60% pass mark (30 of 50), open book to the official PRINCE2 Agile guide. Scenario-based and tests applied knowledge.

    Step 6: Activate and Maintain Your Credential

    PeopleCert issues your PRINCE2 Agile Foundation (lifetime) and Practitioner (3-year validity) certificates and digital badges. Maintain Practitioner via CPD points or re-examination before expiry.

    What is the format of the PRINCE2 Agile Foundation exam?

    The Foundation exam has 40 multiple-choice questions to complete in 60 minutes. It is closed book with a single-answer format, and the pass mark is 60 percent, meaning 24 out of 40 correct. It tests knowledge and comprehension of PRINCE2 Agile.

    What is the format of the PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner exam?

    The Practitioner exam has 50 scenario-based questions to complete in 150 minutes. It is open book, so the PRINCE2 Agile guidance is permitted, and the pass mark is 60 percent, meaning 30 out of 50 correct. It tests your ability to apply and tailor the method.

    How and where can I sit the PRINCE2 Agile exams?

    Both exams are delivered by PeopleCert, either through OnVUE online proctoring available around the clock or at authorised test centres. This lets you sit the exams from home or office in Uganda, or at a convenient centre.

    What does open book mean for the Practitioner exam?

    Open book means the PRINCE2 Agile publication is permitted during the Practitioner exam. However, questions require scenario-based judgment, so you cannot simply look up answers. Efficient navigation of the guidance and solid method knowledge are both needed, and the training builds these skills.

    What if I do not pass an exam on the first attempt?

    You can resit the relevant exam through PeopleCert. Our programme includes mock exams and preparation for both levels to help you pass, and selected plans offer retake support. Confirm the current resit policy and fees at peoplecert.org.

    Course Content

    Can a beginner take this course?

    Yes. PRINCE2 Agile Foundation has no prerequisites, so beginners can start with it. The combined programme builds from the agile mindset and the PRINCE2 blend at Foundation level up to tailoring and application at Practitioner level, with trainer support throughout.

    What topics does the PRINCE2 Agile training cover?

    The syllabus covers the agile mindset, blending agile with PRINCE2, the five targets for agile, the PRINCE2 Agile hexagon, Scrum, Kanban and Lean, agile techniques such as MoSCoW and burn charts, and tailoring and applying the method in real scenarios at Practitioner level.

    Are practice tests and mock exams included?

    Yes. The programme includes practice questions and full mock exams aligned to both the Foundation and Practitioner formats, plus quizzes to help you identify weak areas and build exam readiness.

    Is the courseware aligned to the current PRINCE2 Agile syllabus?

    Yes. The courseware is aligned to the current PRINCE2 Agile guidance published by PeopleCert and to the Foundation and Practitioner syllabus, so you prepare against the standard the exams are based on.

    Will I receive a certificate of completion?

    Yes. After meeting the training requirements you receive a course completion certificate. Once you pass each PeopleCert exam, you also receive the official PRINCE2 Agile Foundation and Practitioner digital certificates and badges.

    How soon can I start and how do I enrol?

    You can enrol through the Invensis Learning website and choose an upcoming live online or classroom batch. After enrolment you receive access to schedules, courseware and learning resources. Talk to a learning advisor to find the batch that suits you.

    What training formats are available in Uganda?

    We offer live online instructor-led training and classroom training, plus customised corporate group training delivered onsite or virtually. This lets professionals across Kampala and the rest of Uganda choose the format that fits their schedule.

    What are the eligibility requirements to enrol?

    Anyone can enrol in the training. Foundation has no prerequisites, and to sit the Practitioner exam you need PRINCE2 Agile Foundation, PRINCE2 Foundation, or an accepted equivalent. Prior familiarity with Scrum or Kanban is helpful but not required.

    Can I reschedule or transfer my enrolment to another batch?

    Yes. Flexi options let you reschedule or transfer to another batch, and selected plans allow you to attend the training again. Contact support to arrange this.
