    What is the format of the Black Belt exam?

    The exam is closed book with 150 multiple-choice questions, each worth one mark. A reference document with required formulas and tables is provided. It is delivered online with proctoring or at a Pearson VUE test centre.

    How many questions are on the exam and how long is it?

    There are 150 scored questions, and some forms include up to 15 additional unscored pretest questions. You have four hours, or 240 minutes, to complete it. Non-native speakers may be allowed an additional 60 minutes.
