    The PfMP certification path in Zimbabwe is the most senior on the PMI credential ladder. It centres on PMI's peer-panel review of your portfolio management experience, followed by a 170-question, 240-minute scenario-based exam administered through Pearson VUE. From initial application to exam day typically takes 3-6 months, including the panel-review evaluation window.

    Step 1: Confirm PfMP Eligibility

    Verify you meet one of the three eligibility sets (Set A / Set B / Set C) , secondary diploma OR bachelor's degree OR GAC-accredited bachelor's, plus 96 months of professional business experience plus 84/48/36 months of portfolio management experience within the past 15 years.
