    The PRINCE2 Agile certification path in Zimbabwe is a streamlined 2-exam track. Complete the 4-day PeopleCert-accredited training, sit the Foundation exam (closed book), then the Practitioner exam (open book to the official manual).     Foundation has no formal prereqs. For Practitioner, confirm you hold PRINCE2 Foundation, PRINCE2 Agile Foundation, PMP, CAPM, or IPMA Level A/B/C/D.

    Step 2: Enrol in the Training Program

    How many exams are in the PRINCE2 Agile programme?

    There are two separate PeopleCert exams. The Foundation exam has 40 questions in 60 minutes, closed book, with a 60% pass mark (24 of 40). The Practitioner exam has 50 questions in 150 minutes, open book, with a 60% pass mark (30 of 50). You must pass both to hold both credentials.

    What is the format of the Foundation exam?

    The PRINCE2 Agile Foundation exam is closed book with 40 multiple-choice, single-answer questions to be completed in 60 minutes. The pass mark is 60%, which is 24 correct answers out of 40. It tests knowledge and comprehension of PRINCE2 Agile.

    What does open book mean for the Practitioner exam?

    The PRINCE2 Agile publication is permitted during the Practitioner exam. Questions are scenario-based and require analysis and judgment, so you cannot simply look up answers. Efficient navigation of the publication and solid method knowledge are both needed.

    What are the prerequisites for the Practitioner exam?
