    What if I do not pass an exam the first time?

    Our training includes structured practice, mock exams and trainer guidance to prepare you for a first-time pass. If you need to resit, PeopleCert allows re-examination; confirm the current resit policy and fees on the PeopleCert portal. Selected plans include retake support.

    What is the format of the PRINCE2 Foundation exam?

    The Foundation exam has 60 multiple-choice questions, lasts 60 minutes and is closed book. The pass mark is 60%, or 36 out of 60 correct. It tests knowledge and comprehension of the PRINCE2 7 method and can be taken online proctored or at a test centre.

    What is the format of the PRINCE2 Practitioner exam?

    The Practitioner exam has 56 questions and sub-questions worth 70 marks, lasts 150 minutes and is open book, with the PRINCE2 manual permitted. The pass mark is 60%, or 42 out of 70 marks. It tests your ability to apply and tailor PRINCE2 in project scenarios.

    How and where do I take the PRINCE2 exams?

    Both exams are delivered by PeopleCert, online via the OnVUE proctoring system available 24/7, or at an authorised test centre. They are usually arranged through your accredited training provider as part of the combined package.
