Define a compelling product vision and use the Product Goal as the backlog commitment, connecting long-term direction to the work the team plans each Sprint.

Manage and Order the Product Backlog

Collaborate with Stakeholders to Maximise Value

Identify and engage stakeholders, gather feedback through Sprint Reviews, and balance competing priorities so the product delivers measurable business and customer value.
