    What if I do not pass the exam the first time?

    You can resit the exam. Re-examination and voucher terms are set by PeopleCert, and selected training packages include retake support. Our team can guide you on booking a resit and preparing for it. Ask a learning advisor about retake options.

    What will I learn in the PRINCE2 Practitioner training?

    You will learn to apply and tailor the seven PRINCE2 principles, the seven practices, and the seven processes to real scenarios. The course also covers the People capability, sustainability and ESG, digital and data management, communication and open-book exam technique.

    Do I need prior experience to take this course?

    You should hold PRINCE2 Foundation or an accepted equivalent, as Practitioner builds on that knowledge. Practical project experience helps, but the training is structured to take you from method knowledge to applying and tailoring PRINCE2 in scenarios.

    Which syllabus and edition does the training follow?

    Yes. The programme includes scenario-based practice questions and mock assessments in the style of the 56-question, 150-minute exam, plus open-book technique for navigating the manual efficiently under timed conditions.

    How long is the PRINCE2 Practitioner training?

    The standalone Practitioner programme is typically delivered over a 16-hour schedule, usually as two full days or four half-days. It covers all nine Practitioner syllabus areas through scenario-based learning and exam technique.
