    General

What is the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification?

The Lean Six Sigma Black Belt is an advanced credential from IASSC that independently validates expertise across the five DMAIC phases, including advanced statistics, Lean tools and project leadership. It is the highest practitioner belt and prepares you to lead complex improvement projects.

What is the exam application process?

You can optionally sit a non-proctored evaluation exam to check readiness, then purchase the exam voucher and choose your delivery mode. Next you schedule and sit the proctored exam, and on passing you receive your certificate, digital badge and register listing. Our team can guide you through each step.
