    The exam is built on the PMBOK Guide 8th Edition, and PMI also references the Agile Practice Guide. Our courseware is aligned to that edition and to the current Examination Content Outline.

    Course Content

    Do I need prior experience to join the training?

    You can join the training at any stage, and the sessions start from core concepts before moving into the harder domains. To sit the PMI exam, however, you need 36 months of leading projects with a four year degree, or 60 months with a secondary school qualification, plus 35 contact hours of project management education.

    What topics does the course cover?

    All five domains of the current ECO: fundamentals and core concepts, predictive plan based methods including WBS, critical path and earned value, agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean and XP, business analysis and strategic alignment, and stakeholder engagement and communication.

    How much of the course is agile?

    A substantial share. Agile Frameworks and Methodologies is a dedicated domain worth 27 per cent of the exam, and hybrid approaches run through the predictive content too. You will work with Scrum events, Kanban flow, story points, velocity and burndown charts.

    Are practice tests and mock exams included?

    Yes. You get chapter wise quizzes, a large practice question bank and full length mock exams in the 180 question, 230 minute format, plus an exam simulator so exam day holds no surprises.

    Does the training count toward the 35 contact hours PMI requires?

    Yes. The programme delivers project management education hours that count toward PMI's 35 contact hour requirement, and you receive a course completion certificate documenting them for your application.

    How soon can I start and how do I enrol?

    New cohorts run regularly in live online and classroom formats, so you can usually start within weeks. Choose your format on the Invensis Learning website, complete payment, and you receive your schedule, courseware and learning resources straight away.     What training formats are available in Stuttgart?

    Online instructor-led training in live virtual classrooms, in-person classroom sessions, and customised corporate training delivered onsite for teams in the Stuttgart region. Blended options combine the two.

    Are weekend and weekday batches available?

    Can I reschedule or move to a different batch?

    Yes. You can reschedule or transfer to another batch, and selected plans include a pass to attend the training twice. Contact our support team to arrange it.
