What Is the CSM Certification and Who Is It For?Your Entry into Agile Delivery

The Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) is the Scrum Alliance entry-level credential that confirms your understanding of the Scrum framework, the Scrum Master role, and the values that make Scrum teams effective. Certified ScrumMaster certification training in Fiji gives professionals in Suva, Nadi and across the islands a Scrum Alliance aligned route into agile delivery, taught by a Certified Scrum Trainer (CST). The course is grounded in the current Scrum Guide, the November 2020 edition by Ken Schwaber and Jeff Sutherland, together with the Scrum Alliance CSM Learning Objectives. You explore Scrum theory and empiricism, the five Scrum values, the three accountabilities, all five Scrum events, and the three artefacts, then apply them to realistic team scenarios. The programme suits aspiring Scrum Masters, project managers moving to agile, developers, testers and team leads who want the world's most recognised Scrum Master credential. As Fiji's ICT and outsourcing sector scales, employers increasingly seek facilitators who help teams deliver. Start your CSM journey with Invensis Learning.

Invensis Learning is aligned with Scrum Alliance to provide CSM certification in Fiji. The training is delivered by Certified Scrum Trainers (CST) using official Scrum Alliance courseware and the CSM Learning Objectives.
