What Is the Change Management Foundation and Practitioner Certification?A Two-Level Route into the Change Profession

The Change Management Foundation and Practitioner (CM-F&P) certification is a globally recognised, two-level credential that validates your ability to manage the people and culture side of organisational change. Foundation confirms your knowledge of change management models and concepts, while Practitioner proves you can apply them to real change scenarios. Delivered as instructor-led Change Management certification training in Fiji, this combined programme is built around the Change Management Body of Knowledge (CMBoK) published by the Change Management Institute and the current Change Management Practitioner Guide. You work through five syllabus areas, from Change and the Individual to Personal and Professional Management, and prepare for both exams end to end. As Fiji's government, banks and telecoms deliver the National Digital Strategy 2025-2030, employers in Suva and across the islands increasingly need professionals who can lead adoption, not just deliver projects. Whether you are a project manager, HR business partner or team leader, start your change management journey with Invensis Learning.

    Exam

There are two separate exams. You must sit and pass both the Foundation exam and the Practitioner exam to hold both credentials. The combined programme prepares you for both, end to end.

What is the format of the Foundation exam?

The Foundation exam has 50 multiple-choice questions, runs for 40 minutes, and is closed book. The pass mark is 50%, which is 25 out of 50 correct. There are no formal prerequisites for Foundation.

What is the format of the Practitioner exam?

What does open book mean for the Practitioner exam?

The Change Management Practitioner Guide is permitted during the exam, but the scenario-based questions require analysis and judgment, so you cannot simply look up answers. Efficient navigation of the guide and deep method knowledge are both essential.

What if I do not pass an exam on the first attempt?
