    What is the format of the PRINCE2 Agile exams?

    There are two separate PeopleCert exams. Foundation is closed book with 40 multiple-choice questions in 60 minutes. Practitioner is open book (the PRINCE2 Agile publication is permitted) with 50 scenario-based questions in 150 minutes. Both are delivered online proctored or at a test centre.

    What is the passing score for each exam?

    Both exams require 60% to pass. That is 24 out of 40 questions correct at Foundation, and 30 out of 50 correct at Practitioner. Both credentials require passing their respective exam.

    What are the prerequisites for the Practitioner exam?

    PRINCE2 Agile Foundation has no prerequisites. For PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner you need PRINCE2 Agile Foundation, or PRINCE2 Foundation, or an accepted equivalent. This combined course covers both levels, so you meet the requirement within the programme.

    What does open book mean for the Practitioner exam?

    You may use the PRINCE2 Agile publication during the Practitioner exam. However, questions are scenario-based and need analysis and judgment, so you cannot simply look up answers. Efficient navigation of the publication and solid method knowledge are both required.

    Can I retake an exam if I do not pass?
