    Where can I sit the exam in Luxembourg?

    You can take it online through Pearson VUE's OnVUE proctoring system from home or the office, or at a Pearson VUE test centre. Scheduling is done through PMI's portal or the Pearson VUE website once your application is approved.

    What are the eligibility requirements to sit the exam?

    Two paths. With a four-year degree you need 36 months of leading projects plus 35 contact hours of project management education. With a secondary school diploma you need 60 months of leading projects plus the same 35 contact hours.

    Course Content

    Can I take this course if I am new to formal project management?

    You can attend the training at any experience level, and it starts from first principles before building to advanced material. To sit the PMI exam, though, you must meet the experience requirement of 36 or 60 months of leading projects depending on your education. Our advisors can check where you stand.

    What topics does the course cover?

    The programme covers all five domains of the current Examination Content Outline: fundamentals and core concepts, predictive plan-based methodologies, agile frameworks, business analysis and strategic management, and stakeholder engagement and communication, plus exam strategy and PMI application guidance.

    Is the courseware aligned to the latest standard?

    Yes. The courseware follows PMI's current Examination Content Outline and the PMBOK Guide 8th Edition, with reference to the Agile Practice Guide for the agile domain.

    Does the course cover agile as well as waterfall?

    Yes, and heavily. Agile frameworks and methodologies is a dedicated domain worth 27% of the exam, covering Scrum, Kanban, Lean, XP and hybrid models, alongside a 28% predictive domain covering scheduling, earned value and change control.

    Are practice tests and mock exams included?

    Yes. You get practice questions mapped to the domains and full-length mock exams built to the 180-question, 230-minute format, so you rehearse the pacing and question types before exam day.

    Do the training hours count towards the 35 contact hours PMI requires?

    Yes. Instructor-led hours completed in the programme count towards PMI's 35 contact hours of project management education. Depending on the schedule you choose, supplementary self-study may be needed to reach the full 35 hours, and your advisor will confirm this before you enrol.
