    What if I do not pass on my first attempt?

    You can re-sit an EXIN exam under EXIN's re-sit policy. Our training includes mock exams and first-attempt guidance to help you prepare thoroughly for both levels. Ask about retake support when you enrol.

    Course Content

    What topics does the training cover?

    Foundation spans 14 topic areas including investigation techniques, requirements, modelling, stakeholder management and business cases. Practitioner applies these across seven scenario-based areas, from strategic context to building the business case.

    Do I need prior experience to join?

    No. The Foundation level has no formal prerequisites and is open to all, so beginners are welcome. The training builds from core concepts to applied technique, making it suitable for career changers and experienced staff alike.

    How long is the training programme?

    The combined programme is 32 hours of instructor-led training, typically delivered over four full days or spread across more days at fewer hours per day, depending on the schedule you choose.

    What learning materials are provided?

    You receive EXIN BCS aligned courseware, industry case studies, and practice questions and mock exams for both the Foundation and Practitioner levels to reinforce learning and build exam readiness.

    Will I learn practical, job-ready skills?

    Yes. You practise real techniques such as BPMN process modelling, use cases, MoSCoW prioritisation and cost-benefit analysis, applied through scenarios drawn from real projects so you can use them at work immediately.
