    What is the format of the PRINCE2 Agile Foundation exam?

    The Foundation exam has 40 multiple-choice questions in 60 minutes and is closed book. The pass mark is 60 percent, which is 24 out of 40 correct. It tests your knowledge and comprehension of PRINCE2 Agile.

    What is the format of the PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner exam?

    The Practitioner exam has 50 scenario-based questions in 150 minutes and is open book, with the PRINCE2 Agile publication permitted. The pass mark is 60 percent, which is 30 out of 50 correct. It tests your ability to apply and tailor the method.

    How many exams are in the combined programme?

    There are two separate PeopleCert exams. You sit and pass the Foundation exam first, then the Practitioner exam. You must pass both to hold both credentials.

    What are the prerequisites for each level?

    PRINCE2 Agile Foundation has no formal prerequisites and is open to all. For Practitioner you need PRINCE2 Agile Foundation, PRINCE2 Foundation or an accepted equivalent. Verify current accepted equivalents at peoplecert.org.

    How and where do I take the exams?

    Both exams are delivered through PeopleCert, either online with the OnVUE proctoring system available 24/7 or at an authorised test centre. You can sit them from home or office in Malawi with a stable connection.

    What topics are covered in PRINCE2 Agile training?

    Foundation covers the agile mindset, blending agile with PRINCE2, stakeholder engagement, risk and change, progress tracking and agile roles. Practitioner covers tailoring, guiding agile delivery, managing by stages, delivering value and governing with flexibility.

    Do I need prior PRINCE2 or agile experience to start?

    No. Foundation is open to all and needs no prior experience, though familiarity with Scrum or Kanban helps. The training builds your knowledge from the agile mindset up before moving into the applied Practitioner content.

    Which agile frameworks does the course cover?

    The course covers Scrum as the primary framework, along with Kanban, Lean Startup and Scrumban, plus awareness of scaling approaches. You learn how each fits within PRINCE2 governance rather than in isolation.
