What the CSPO Course Delivers for Product OwnersFrom Vision to Value

The Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) is a Scrum Alliance certification that teaches you to lead a product from the Product Owner's perspective, and CSPO certification training in Nijmegen gives you that capability through a live, instructor-led course. You learn to define product vision, manage the Product Backlog and work with stakeholders to maximise the value your team delivers. The course suits aspiring product owners, product managers moving into Scrum, and business analysts taking on backlog and stakeholder duties. There is no examination: the credential is awarded on successfully completing the course, which must be delivered by a Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Trainer. In a city built around semiconductors, health and life sciences, the demand for people who can turn strategy into a value-driven backlog keeps rising. If you want a globally recognised, Scrum Alliance backed credential, this is a clear next step in your career.

Invensis Learning is aligned with Scrum Alliance to provide CSPO certification in Nijmegen. The training is delivered by Certified Scrum Trainers (CST) using official Scrum Alliance courseware and the CSPO Learning Objectives.
