    Step 1: Confirm You Meet the PMI-CP Eligibility Requirements

    Confirm you can document 3 years of on-the-job experience in construction projects or built-environment projects (infrastructure, real estate, utilities, etc.). The experience must have been earned within the past 10 years. There is no foundational PMI credential prerequisite for PMI-CP.

    Step 2: Enroll in a Learning Program

    How many questions are on the PMI-CP exam and how long is it?

    The exam has 120 questions and you have 230 minutes (3 hours 50 minutes) to complete it. It is closed book and delivered online with OnVUE proctoring or at a Pearson VUE test centre.

    What are the PMI-CP exam domains and their weights?
