What topics does the Fundamentals level cover?

Fundamentals (2 days) covers the P6 enterprise structure (EPS, OBS, WBS), creating and scheduling activities, relationships and the critical path, resource assignment, setting baselines, and updating progress, all taught with hands-on exercises on realistic project scenarios.

What does the Advanced level add?

Advanced (3 days) builds on Fundamentals with advanced scheduling, resource and cost loading, earned value management, multiple baselines and Claim Digger schedule comparison, multi-project programs, and custom reporting with Excel integration.

How long is each level of the training?

Fundamentals runs for 2 days (16 hours) and Advanced for 3 days (24 hours). Both are available as full-day or extended half-day formats. You can attend either level on its own or take them in sequence.

Is the training hands-on or theory-based?

It is highly hands-on. The trainer demonstrates each P6 feature while you follow along in the software, then you practice on realistic construction and engineering scenarios, so you build genuine proficiency rather than just watching.
