The path to online CSM certification in Poland is straightforward. Complete the 2-day Certified Scrum Trainer® (CST®)-led course, take the Scrum Alliance assessment online, and activate your credential through your Scrum Alliance account. Most learners complete the process within a few days of finishing the course.

Enrol in the 2-Day CSM Course

Choose your preferred Invensis Learning CSM cohort (2-Day Live Online Bootcamp or Corporate Group Training). All cohorts are led by a Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Trainer® (CST) using official courseware and the latest Scrum Guide.

Step 2

Attend and Participate in the Full Course

Attend both days and take part in the workshops, exercises, and discussions. Active participation in the full 16-hour course is required by Scrum Alliance to become eligible for the CSM test.

Step 3

Receive Your Scrum Alliance Test Invitation

After the course, your CST submits your participation to Scrum Alliance, which emails you an invitation to take the online CSM test through your Scrum Alliance account.

Step 4

Take the CSM Test

Do I need experience to take the CSM?

No. There is no formal education or work-experience requirement. The CSM suits both newcomers to Scrum and professionals who want to formalise hands-on experience.

How long is the CSM certification valid?

The CSM is valid for two years. You renew it by earning 16 Scrum Education Units (SEUs) and paying the Scrum Alliance membership renewal fee every two years.

What is the format of the CSM exam?

The CSM exam is an open-book, online multiple-choice test taken through the Scrum Alliance member portal after you complete the course. It covers Scrum theory, values, the team, events, artifacts and the Scrum Master role.

How many questions are on the CSM exam and how long is it?

The exam has 50 multiple-choice questions and a time limit of 60 minutes. It is taken online without a proctor.

What is the passing score for the CSM exam?

You need 74% to pass, which is 37 correct answers out of 50.

How many attempts do I get?

You typically have three attempts to pass within 90 days of completing the course. Verify the current attempt policy on the Scrum Alliance portal.

What if I do not pass the first time?

You can retake the exam within your 90-day window, and your trainer's guidance and practice materials help you prepare. Our support is designed to help you pass on your first attempt.
