Build Project Delivery Skills from the Ground UpWhat This Two-Day Programme Covers
Project Management Fundamentals Training in Wroclaw is a practical, foundation-level programme that teaches you how to plan, run and deliver projects with confidence. The Project Management Fundamentals (PMF) course covers the essential principles, processes and tools of project management across the full lifecycle, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring and control, to closure. This is a non-certification skills course. There is no exam and it is not tied to any accrediting body, so you can focus entirely on capability you can apply the next day at work. Across five modules you cover project management concepts, project influences, the role of the project manager, the project management cycle, and an overview of Agile ways of working, alongside predictive and business-analysis approaches. It suits aspiring project managers, team leaders, project co-ordinators and anyone in Wroclaw whose work supports projects, from the city's shared services centres to its growing engineering and R&D hubs. No prior experience is required. On completion you receive a course completion certificate from Invensis Learning, and a solid base for later credentials such as CAPM, PMP or PRINCE2.
